It's a short, slower week and a great time to reflect on the past year and the upcoming one. I wanted to take this opportunity to give our customers an update on what we've done since the start of 2008 to make us a great company to work with and work for.

We began the year with a goal of improving our processes and procedures. This isn't suggesting that they were not at acceptable levels already, but every good company can always find ways to improve. We began documenting.
